The house is a 250 square meter wooden bungalow built on stilts, with two bedrooms: the masters bedroom with a queen sized bed and the second with one or two twin beds; and a spacious toilet and shower room adjoining the two rooms. The airy kitchen is a separate structure connected by a covered walkway which forms part of the immense terrace and sun deck built around the entire house.
Surrounded by greenery and situated on a cove of fine white sand, the house looks out onto a well protected bay, a seeming lagoon where one can still find aquarium fish and other interesting marine life. From this vantage point you can witness the tropical sunsets, while the back terrace overlooks a rocky shoreline facing the sunrise.
Being far from any power plant or industry, electricity in the house is provided by the sun through solar panels and/or wind turbine which charge batteries. With this, the house lights, computer, radio, telephone, stereo and electric fans are all run. In case of a series of at least three cloudy days (it happens sometimes) there are two generators on standby, located far from the house.
To go to nearby snorkeling spots or to a picnic on another sandy shore,you may use the traditional "banca" always at your service.
